We are pleased to offer Hot-Air Balloon rides launched right in front of The Lodge! Imagine taking off along the Genesee River in a seven-story high balloon, floating gracefully across the hills and enjoying the beauty of Allegany County … and don’t forget to bring your camera!
We have partnered with Liberty Balloon Company to offer a very unique and thrilling experience, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The pilots at Liberty Balloon have been flying hot-air balloons for 33 years and have over 3,300 hours of flight-time experience.
We will take care of everything you’ll need. First, meet your pilot and his chase crew while the launch is being prepared. Enjoy a picnic basket of goodies for the flight. A framed photo of you and your flight is also included.
Balloon rides are offered:
May through October, Monday – Saturday,
morning or evening.
Flights last 1-1½ hours in the air,
(plus
set up and return time (total of 3-4 hours))
$285 per person (2 person minimum) … up to 7 people (in 2 balloons).
