Reservations

We are open Friday & Saturday nights year round.  We can also book rooms on Thursday nights, with a later check-in time.   Starting June 27, 2010, we will be open every day (weekdays and weekends).

Reservations are necessary and require a credit card deposit at the time of booking.

A deposit of $50.00 per room, per night, will be charged to your card upon confirmation of your reservation.  The balance will be due upon check-out.  A confirmation email or letter will be sent to you shortly after your reservation is received.  Some special event weekends require payment in full, are non-refundable, and require a two-night minimum stay (you will be notified when booking if the requested dates require a minimum 2-night stay).

The Lodge does not accept children under the age of 16, and no pets are allowed.

Check in is between 4:00 - 7:00 p.m., or later by prior arrangement.  Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your reservation up to 15 days prior to your arrival.  A refund of your deposit will be made minus a 10% processing fee.  A letter or email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation.  If you cancel in 14 days or less, you will be responsible for payment of your reservation in full.  A refund will not be issued.
